Occupational Health & Safety Policy
At MAW Enterprises, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, ensuring that any hazards related to the manufacturing processes, raw materials, and equipment are minimized. Our goal is to provide a conducive environment that prioritizes the well-being of our workforce. We continually improve our Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) to align with the latest standards and ensure the safety of everyone at our facility.
Medical / Social Security Policy
We provide our employees with access to comprehensive medical benefits after completing their probation period of 3 months. This includes free medical treatment for both employees and their families, covering indoor and outdoor medical services. The company contributes 6% of the employee's salary to the Social Security Fund each month to ensure access to these benefits.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Policy
At MAW Enterprises, we are dedicated to providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all employees exposed to potential workplace hazards. The company ensures that employees are equipped with essential protective gear, including head, eye, hand, and foot protection, as well as breathing apparatus when necessary, to reduce the impact of incidents and maintain a safe working environment.

Smoking Policy
For the health and safety of our employees, smoking is prohibited within the working areas of the company. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the factory premises, and we actively discourage smoking as it poses health risks and impacts employee productivity.
