Dyeing Capacities & Facilities

Our advanced dyeing facility is equipped with cutting-edge machines sourced from leading international manufacturers, allowing us to deliver precision and consistency across large-scale production. We currently operate with a monthly dyeing capacity of 250,000 - 280,000 kg, which will expand to 1,000 tons monthly by 2028. Our in-house capabilities allow us to manage the entire dyeing process efficiently from start to finish, ensuring superior quality and shorter lead times.

  • Tube Jets (ATYC-Spain and Thies-Germany) for high-quality dyeing.
  • Pole Dryer (Fong's-Europe) for efficient fabric drying after dyeing.
  • Stenter Machines (Artoz Germany and Bruckner-Powerframe Germany) for advanced finishing processes.
  • Steam Boiler for consistent and controlled fabric processing.

Dyeing Methods

We utilize a variety of specialized dyeing techniques to accommodate different fabric types and customer requirements. Our team is skilled in managing complex dyeing processes while maintaining eco-friendly practices.

Reactive Dyeing
We specialize in reactive dyeing for cotton fabrics, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting colors with excellent wash and rub fastness. This method binds the dye molecules directly to the fabric fibers, offering superior durability and color retention.
Disperse Dyeing
Our dispersed dyeing process is designed for polyester fabrics, delivering deep, rich colors with outstanding fastness properties. This method is ideal for synthetic fibers and ensures high-performance results suitable for both fashion and industrial applications.
Special Dyeing
We offer a proprietary high sublimation dyeing process for better color and light fastness. This method involves extended processing times and the use of international-standard dyes and chemicals, ensuring superior color depth and long-lasting vibrancy.
