Purpose-Built Infrastructure and Production Capacity
Building #01 – Knitting and Stitching Hub
This double-story facility spans 19,312 sq/ft and serves as a dedicated unit for both knitting and stitching operations. It houses over 50 knitting machines capable of producing between 125,000–150,000 kg of fabric monthly. An additional hall covering 5,174 sq/ft is equipped with more than 30 stitching machines, supporting the company’s growing garment manufacturing segment.

Building #02 – Dyeing Facility
A triple-story structure covering 32,640 sq/ft, Building #02 is fully dedicated to MAW Enterprises' dyeing operations. Equipped with high-speed dyeing machinery, this facility supports a monthly dyeing capacity of 250,000–280,000 kg, positioning it among the top-tier textile dyeing units in the region.

Building #03 – Future-Ready Integrated Production Facility (Under Development)
Currently under development, Building #03 is a purpose-built four-story facility planned to revolutionize MAW’s production capabilities. Spread across a land area of 43,520 sq/ft with each hall covering 24,072 sq/ft, it will offer a total covered area of 115,736 sq/ft. With halls designated for dyeing, knitting, and stitching—including space for over 200 stitching machines—this state-of-the-art structure will significantly enhance capacity and efficiency. It also includes a dedicated open area for parking and logistics.

2025 and Beyond: Vision for the Future
With the upcoming launch of the 88,400 sq/ft state-of-the-art facility, MAW Enterprises is set to achieve processing of 1,000 tons of dyed fabric and 500 tons of knitted fabric per month by 2028. The company is on track to produce 100,000 finished garments in-house every month, aiming to strengthen its global footprint in the European, UK, and USA markets.
