This test evaluates the fabric’s resistance to hypochlorite or peroxide solutions, ensuring that the material maintains its color even after exposure to bleach. The ISO standard for this test is ISO 105-N01 / N02, with a grey scale rating of 1–5.
This test checks how well the fabric, particularly polyester, can withstand heat transfer printing processes. The ISO standard is ISO 105-F04, with a grey scale rating of 1–5. It’s especially crucial for fabrics used in sublimation printing.
This test measures how well a fabric holds its color after repeated laundering, whether at home or in a commercial setting. It follows the ISO 105-C06 / AATCC TM61 standards with a grey scale rating of 1–5.
This test evaluates a fabric’s resistance to color loss when exposed to pure water immersion. It ensures that the color stays intact even after being in contact with water. The ISO standard is ISO 105-E01 / AATCC TM107, with a grey scale rating of 1–5.
This test measures the fabric’s resistance to color loss when exposed to saliva, making it suitable for baby or medical textiles. It follows the ISO 105-E07 standard, with a grey scale rating of 1–5.
