Life Insurance Policy

At MAW Enterprises, we offer a group life insurance plan to all employees once they complete their probation period of three months. In the event of an employee's death, the insurance company will provide Rs. 500,000 to their legal heirs. If the death is accidental, the amount will be doubled. The company fully covers the premium for this insurance.

E.O.B.I Policy

We ensure that every employee is registered with the Employee’s Old-Age Benefits Institution (E.O.B.I) after completing their probation period. The company contributes 5% of the total salary towards the E.O.B.I. fund, which provides pensions to employees upon retirement, as per E.O.B.I regulations.

Gratuity Policy

In line with labor laws, we provide gratuity equivalent to one month’s salary for each completed year of service. In case of an employee’s death, the gratuity will be paid to their legal heirs.

Increment & Up-gradation Policy

  • Annual increments shall be granted based on performance evaluation and the employee’s date of joining each year.
  • Only employees with good performance and conduct, as recommended by the department, will be eligible for the annual increment.
  • Employees with less than 3 months of service will not be considered for the annual increment.
  • Special increments and up-gradations will be given when an employee's responsibilities are increased.
  • Special increments and up-gradation applications will require approval from the Director or General Manager.
  • Increment stoppage may occur in case of poor performance or misconduct.
