Disciplinary Policy
We follow a progressive discipline approach to ensure fairness in handling employee conduct or performance issues. Employees will be given an opportunity to correct their behavior, with the disciplinary process involving verbal warnings, written warnings, suspension, or dismissal, depending on the severity of the issue. This policy aims to maintain a respectful and productive workplace.

Probation and Confirmation Policy
New employees will undergo a probationary period of three months, which may be extended for another three months based on performance. Successful completion of the probation period will lead to permanent employment, and employees will be entitled to all legal benefits as per company policy.

Child Labor Policy
In line with ILO Conventions 138 and 182, MAW Enterprises strictly prohibits child labor. No employee below the age of 15 will be allowed to work within the company’s premises or participate in any manufacturing process.

Social Accountability Policy
We are dedicated to providing a fair and ethical working environment by adhering to social accountability standards. This includes educating employees, contractors, and suppliers on the company’s policies and maintaining the highest ethical standards, in compliance with local labor laws, workplace standards, and international conventions such as SA 8000 and ILO.
