Knitting Capacities & Facilities

Our modern knitting facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machines sourced from globally recognized manufacturers, enabling us to maintain the highest production standards. We currently have a monthly knitting production capacity of 125,000 - 150,000 kg, which we plan to expand to 500 tons monthly by 2028. Our in-house operations ensure consistent quality control and the ability to deliver both large-scale and customized orders efficiently.

  • Fukuhara – Known for superior circular knitting and seamless fabric production.
  • Orizio – High-speed, energy-efficient machines ideal for diverse knit patterns.
  • Terrot – Produces fine-gauge, high-density knits with exceptional fabric quality.
  • Mayer – Ensures high-performance knitting with reliable, uniform results.
  • Pailung – Versatile machines for specialized and intricate knit designs.

These machines enable us to produce a wide variety of fabric structures while maintaining top-notch efficiency and quality standards.

Two Types of Knitted Fabrics

Circular Knit Fabrics
1- Produced on advanced circular knitting machines for high elasticity and softness.
